Does our 24x7 Support Contract Cover Assistance with Installation, Upgrades, or Patches on Nights and Weekends?


No. Your 24x7 support contract is for issues affecting the sending and/or receiving of faxes on your RightFax server. Our installation engineers do not handle 24x7 calls on nights and weekends. Our installation engineers will work nights and weekends for customers on an appointment basis only. Speak with your Account Manager for a quote before scheduling an installation engineer for professional services.
